Privacy Policy

FOR Wallet ("the App") is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet developed by First Round Coin. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

FOR Wallet is a self-custody wallet. This means:

• ✕We never have access to your seed phrase, private keys, or PIN
• ✕We do not operate any servers that store your wallet data
• ✕We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• ✕We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers

Your seed phrase and private keys are generated and stored exclusively on your device using secure encrypted storage. First Round Coin cannot access, recover, or reset your wallet.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• ✓Your encrypted seed phrase (BIP39 mnemonic)
• ✓Your derived wallet addresses (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Litecoin, Tron)
• ✓Your encrypted PIN
• ✓Your app preferences (e.g. dark mode, enabled tokens)

This data never leaves your device its what you use to initiate transactions.

When you use the App to check balances or send transactions, the App communicates with public blockchain RPC nodes:

These are public infrastructure services. Your wallet address is transmitted to these services solely to fetch balances and broadcast transactions.

If you submit a merchant application through the App, the information you provide (name, city/state, store address) is sent directly to support@firstroundcoin.com for review. This data is used solely to process your merchant application and is not shared with third parties.

The App requests internet access solely to:

• →Fetch live token balances and prices from public blockchain nodes
• →Broadcast signed transactions to the blockchain network
• →Submit merchant applications (if you choose to apply)

FOR Wallet is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

Your seed phrase and PIN are stored using industry-standard encrypted secure storage on your device. However, the security of your wallet ultimately depends on the security of your device. We strongly recommend:

• !Enabling a strong device passcode
• !Backing up your seed phrase offline in a safe location
• !Never sharing your seed phrase or PIN with anyone

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
